本隐私政策说明 Camera Now（以下简称“本应用”）如何处理你在使用本应用时产生或提供的信息。

1. 一句话说明

当前版本没有账号系统或广告，但集成了 Firebase Analytics 和 Firebase Crashlytics。启用 Firebase 配置的构建会向 Google/Firebase 发送应用使用事件、版本和设备技术信息，以及崩溃、ANR 和应用明确记录的非致命异常的诊断信息，用于统计和稳定性分析。本应用默认在你的 Android 设备上完成预览、拍照、录像和相册管理；应用不会通过这些埋点上传照片、视频、麦克风音频、完整 RTSP/RTMP 地址或推流密钥。

2. 本应用会处理的信息

本应用不读取系统相册中的既有照片或视频，也不请求通讯录、位置、电话、短信或广告标识符权限。

关于外部 RTSP 地址

RTSP 地址由用户自行输入。连接时，地址、其中的认证信息以及播放请求会按该地址发送到用户选择的摄像头或流媒体服务器；这些系统不由我们运营，适用它们各自的隐私政策和安全设置。RTSP 的传输安全取决于用户设备、网络和目标服务支持的协议；请不要在不可信网络中使用不安全的账号密码。

关于推流、更新检查与 Firebase

• 点击开始推流后，RTSP 源流中的视频及可用音频会发送到你指定的 RTMP/RTMPS 平台；公开范围、保存期限和删除方式由目标平台及你的设置决定。停止推流会停止后续传输，但不会删除平台已保存的内容。当前版本不支持 USB 摄像头输入推流。
• RTMP 不提供传输加密；RTMPS 使用 TLS 保护到推流服务器的连接。请仅向你信任且有权使用的目标推流。
• 远程更新 URL 默认留空，不发起更新请求。配置启用后，应用启动及手动检查更新会读取版本 JSON；该请求不附带摄像头地址、照片、视频或推流密钥。点击更新会打开商店，应用不会自行下载或安装 APK。
• Firebase 使用应用实例/安装标识符及设备、系统和事件信息；我们已关闭广告 ID 收集和广告个性化信号，发布清单移除了广告 ID 与广告归因权限。无广告不代表不收集统计和诊断数据。
• Firebase/Google 可能在你所在国家或地区以外处理数据。具体处理与保留规则参见 Firebase 隐私与安全 和 Google 隐私政策。卸载应用不会自动删除服务端已收到的诊断和统计数据；相关请求可通过下方隐私邮箱提出。

3. 权限说明

• 相机权限（CAMERA）： 用于 Android 对视频采集能力的权限检查，以支持 USB 摄像头预览；当前版本的主要画面来源是用户授权的 USB UVC 摄像头。
• USB 设备访问： Android 会在用户连接 USB 设备时显示系统授权提示。本应用只访问用户明确授权的设备。
• 麦克风权限（RECORD_AUDIO）： 仅当用户选择带声音录像时请求。拒绝该权限仍可进行无声录像（设备支持时）。
• 网络权限（INTERNET）： 用于用户选择的 RTSP 摄像头连接、RTMP/RTMPS 推流、已启用的更新检查，以及在构建启用时向 Firebase Analytics 和 Crashlytics 发送统计、诊断数据。当前未配置自建统计接收接口或远程更新 URL；部署启用这些服务前会同步更新本政策。没有账号服务或媒体云同步。

本应用不会为了广告、画像、营销或与核心功能无关的目的请求或使用上述权限。

4. 分享和第三方服务

当用户在相册中点击“分享”并选择目标应用时，本应用通过 Android 的系统分享机制向该应用授予所选照片或视频的读取权限。目标应用收到内容后的处理方式由目标应用自己的隐私政策决定。

当前版本使用 Android/AndroidX、Jetpack Compose、Media3 ExoPlayer、libusb、libuvc、FFmpeg 和 mbedTLS 提供系统界面、RTSP 播放和 USB 视频能力，并使用 Firebase Analytics 和 Firebase Crashlytics 进行统计与崩溃诊断。Firebase/Google 可能处理应用实例标识符、应用版本、设备技术信息、使用事件和崩溃诊断信息。应用事件不会主动包含照片、视频、音频、完整 RTSP/RTMP 地址、账号密码或推流密钥；Google Play、Android 系统以及用户指定的 RTSP 设备也可能按照其自身规则处理必要的技术信息。

5. 保存、删除和卸载

• 用户可以在应用内相册删除照片和视频。
• 用户可以在 RTSP 地址列表中删除已保存的地址。
• 应用专属媒体文件和本机设置不会由我们保留远程副本。
• Firebase Analytics 和 Crashlytics 数据按照 Firebase 项目设置及 Google 的保留和删除机制处理；这些数据不存放在我们自建的媒体服务器上。
• 卸载应用或在 Android 设置中清除应用数据，通常会移除应用专属数据；请以设备制造商和 Android 版本的实际行为为准。
• 若你在 Android 设置中启用了系统或 Google 备份，操作系统可能按你的账号设置备份应用专属数据（例如照片和视频）；这不属于我们运营的服务器，备份行为由 Android 和你的 Google 账号设置决定。
• 如果用户已经通过分享面板把文件交给其他应用，我们无法替用户删除该应用中的副本。

当前版本没有远程账号，因此没有需要在服务器端执行的账号删除流程。若未来增加账号、云同步、由我们托管的推流服务或付费功能，我们会在功能上线前更新本政策和 Google Play 的数据安全申报。

6. 安全措施

我们采取与当前功能相称的措施，包括：

• RTSP 地址使用 Android Keystore 生成的密钥和 AES-GCM 加密后保存在本机；
• 照片和视频写入应用专属存储，外部应用只在用户主动分享时获得相应文件的读取 URI；
• 发布版本的埋点会对 RTSP/RTMP 地址、账号密码和推流密钥脱敏，不记录完整 URL；Media3 的 RTSP 调试日志仅在调试构建中启用。Crashlytics 为定位崩溃可能收集异常类型、堆栈和设备环境信息。

任何本地存储、操作系统、网络或外部设备都不能保证绝对安全。用户应保护设备解锁凭据，并为 RTSP 设备使用合适的账号和网络安全配置。

7. 儿童隐私

本应用是一款面向外接摄像头用户的通用工具，并非主要面向 13 岁以下儿童设计。我们不会明知而收集儿童的个人信息。用户使用摄像头拍摄他人、儿童或包含声音的场景时，应事先取得必要同意并遵守适用法律。

8. 用户责任和外部内容

本应用可以显示用户连接的摄像头画面，也可以保存用户主动拍摄的内容。用户应确保自己有权访问所连接的设备和 RTSP 地址，并对拍摄、保存、分享或传播的内容承担责任。本应用不审核、不托管，也不向其他用户提供用户拍摄的内容。

9. 政策变更

当本应用的权限、数据流向或功能发生重大变化时，我们会更新本页面的“最后更新”日期，并在必要时通过应用或商店页面提示用户。新的政策自发布之日起生效。

Camera Now Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Camera Now handles information when you use the App.

1. In short

The current version has no account system or advertising, but it integrates Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. Builds with Firebase configured send app usage events, version and device technical information, and diagnostics for crashes, ANRs, and non-fatal exceptions explicitly recorded by the App to Google/Firebase for analytics and stability work. Previewing, capturing, recording, and gallery management happen on your Android device. The App does not use these events to upload photos, videos, microphone audio, full RTSP/RTMP URLs, or streaming keys.

2. Information the App handles

The App does not read existing photos or videos from the system gallery and does not request contacts, location, phone, SMS, or advertising-ID permissions.

External RTSP endpoints

You enter RTSP addresses yourself. When you connect, the address, authentication information in it, and playback requests are sent to the camera or streaming server selected by you. Those systems are not operated by us and have their own privacy and security practices. RTSP transport security depends on your device, network, and the endpoint’s supported protocol. Do not use sensitive credentials on an untrusted network.

Streaming, update checks, and Firebase

• Starting a stream sends video and available audio from your RTSP source to your selected RTMP/RTMPS platform. Its visibility, retention, and deletion depend on that platform and your settings. Stopping transmission does not delete content already retained by the platform. This version does not stream from USB camera input.
• RTMP does not encrypt the connection; RTMPS uses TLS to protect transmission to the destination. Use only destinations you trust and are authorized to use.
• The remote update URL is empty by default, so no update request is made. When enabled, startup and manual checks read version JSON without attaching camera URLs, photos, videos, or streaming keys. Choosing Update opens the store; the App does not download or install APKs itself.
• Firebase uses app-instance/installation identifiers and device, system, and event information. Advertising-ID collection and advertising-personalization signals are disabled, and advertising-ID and attribution permissions are removed from the release manifest. Having no ads does not mean no analytics or diagnostics are collected.
• Firebase/Google may process data outside your country or region. See Firebase Privacy and Security and the Google Privacy Policy. Uninstalling does not automatically delete diagnostics or analytics already received by the service; contact the privacy email below for related requests.

3. Permissions

• Camera (CAMERA): Used for Android video-capture permission checks needed to support USB camera preview. The current version primarily displays video from a USB UVC camera that you authorize.
• USB device access: Android shows a system permission prompt when a USB device is connected. The App accesses only devices you explicitly authorize.
• Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO): Requested only when you choose to record with sound. You can still record without sound when supported if you deny it.
• Network (INTERNET): Used for the RTSP connection and RTMP/RTMPS streaming you initiate, enabled update checks, and, when enabled in the build, for sending analytics and diagnostics to Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics. No custom analytics endpoint or remote update URL is currently configured; this policy will be updated before enabling those services. There is no account service or media cloud sync.

We do not request or use these permissions for advertising, profiling, marketing, or purposes unrelated to the App’s core features.

4. Sharing and third-party services

When you tap Share in the gallery and choose a destination, the App uses Android’s system sharing mechanism to grant that app access to the selected photo or video. The receiving app’s own privacy policy governs what it does with the file.

The current version uses Android/AndroidX, Jetpack Compose, Media3 ExoPlayer, libusb, libuvc, FFmpeg, and mbedTLS for the system UI, RTSP playback, and USB video functionality, and uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics for analytics and crash diagnostics. Firebase/Google may process app instance identifiers, app version, device technical information, usage events, and crash diagnostics. App events are not intentionally populated with photos, videos, audio, full RTSP/RTMP URLs, usernames, passwords, or streaming keys. Google Play, Android, and an RTSP endpoint you choose may also process necessary technical information under their own policies.

5. Retention, deletion, and uninstall

• You can delete photos and videos in the in-app gallery.
• You can remove saved RTSP addresses from the RTSP list.
• We keep no remote copy of app-local media or settings.
• Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics data is handled under the Firebase project configuration and Google retention/deletion mechanisms; it is not stored on a media server operated by us.
• Uninstalling the App or clearing its data in Android settings normally removes app-specific data; actual behavior may vary by Android version or device manufacturer.
• If you enable system or Google backup in Android settings, the operating system may back up app-specific data such as photos and videos according to your account settings. That is not a server operated by us; backup behavior is controlled by Android and your Google account settings.
• If you have already shared a file with another app, we cannot delete that app’s copy for you.

The current version has no remote account and therefore no server-side account-deletion process. If we add accounts, cloud sync, streaming services hosted by us, or payments, we will update this policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration before those features launch.

6. Security

We use measures appropriate to the current features, including:

• encrypting saved RTSP URLs on the device with an Android Keystore key and AES-GCM;
• writing photos and videos to app-specific storage and granting another app a file URI only after you explicitly share it;
• redacting RTSP/RTMP URLs, usernames, passwords, and streaming keys from release analytics, and enabling Media3 RTSP debug logging only in debug builds. Crashlytics may collect exception types, stack traces, and device environment information needed to diagnose a crash.

No local storage, operating system, network, or external device can be guaranteed completely secure. Protect your device credentials and use suitable accounts and network security for RTSP devices.

7. Children’s privacy

The App is a general-purpose tool for people using external cameras and is not primarily designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. When recording people, children, or audio, you are responsible for obtaining any required consent and complying with applicable law.

8. Your responsibility and external content

The App can display a camera feed selected by you and save content you intentionally capture. You are responsible for having the right to access the device and RTSP address, and for the content you record, save, share, or distribute. The App does not moderate, host, or provide your captures to other users.

9. Changes

If the App’s permissions, data flows, or features materially change, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify users through the App or its store listing. Changes take effect when posted.
