安装、打开或使用本应用，即表示你已阅读、理解并同意受本协议约束。若你不同意本协议，请勿使用本应用。
本应用是一款 Android 摄像头工具，当前版本主要提供以下功能：
当前版本没有用户账号、云同步、公共直播、内容托管、广告或应用内购买。上述功能均在用户设备本地完成，我们不运营供用户上传或浏览内容的在线平台。
你声明并保证：你具备签订本协议所需的民事行为能力；若你代表组织使用本应用，你已获得该组织的授权。本应用并非主要面向 13 岁以下儿童设计；13 岁以下用户应在监护人同意和指导下使用。
在你遵守本协议的前提下，我们授予你一项个人的、有限的、不可转让、不可再许可、可撤销的非独占许可，以便在你拥有或合法控制的 Android 设备上安装和使用本应用。

本应用仅提供工具能力，不审核、不托管、也不向其他用户展示你拍摄或连接的内容。外部 RTSP 画面来自你选择的第三方设备或服务，其内容、可用性和安全性不由我们保证。
本应用可能连接用户自备的 USB 摄像头、RTSP 摄像头、网络环境及 Android 系统组件。这些第三方硬件、软件和网络服务不受我们控制。因设备兼容性、网络质量、第三方服务中断、协议限制或用户配置错误导致的功能异常、画面失败或数据丢失，我们在法律允许范围内不承担责任。
你理解部分 USB 设备可能因硬件规格（例如 USB 2/3 差异、厂商私有协议等）无法正常工作；商店说明中列出的兼容性限制仅供参考。
本应用及其中的软件、界面、图标、文档和相关权利（不包括用户自行拍摄或导入的内容）归我们或我们的许可方所有，受著作权和其他知识产权法律保护。本协议未明示授予的权利均予保留。
你通过本应用创建的照片、视频和其他本地内容，其权利归属按适用法律和你与相关方的约定确定；我们不主张对你本地内容的所有权。
我们如何处理与你使用本应用相关的信息，详见 隐私政策。隐私政策通过引用纳入本协议；若隐私政策与本协议存在冲突，就个人信息处理事项以隐私政策为准。
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，本应用按“现状”和“可用性”提供。我们不作任何明示或默示保证，包括但不限于适销性、特定用途适用性、不侵权、持续可用、无错误或无中断的保证。
本应用是通用工具，不构成医疗、安防、执法、监控或其他专业用途的专用设备或系统，也不替代专业判断、合规审查或现场安全措施。
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，对于因使用或无法使用本应用而引起的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害，包括但不限于利润损失、数据丢失、业务中断、设备损坏或第三方索赔，我们概不负责。
在任何情况下，我们就本应用对你承担的总责任，以你在提出索赔前 12 个月内为本应用实际向我们支付的金额为上限；若当前版本为免费应用且你未向我们付费，则我们的总责任为零，或在适用法律不允许排除责任时，以适用法律允许的最低金额为限。
你可随时停止使用本应用并卸载。若你违反本协议，我们可在法律允许范围内限制或终止你使用本应用的权利。终止后，你应停止使用本应用；本协议中依其性质应在终止后继续有效的条款（包括知识产权、免责声明、责任限制和争议解决）继续有效。
我们可能更新本应用的功能或本协议。重大变更时，我们会更新“最后更新”日期，并在合理情况下通过应用内提示、商店页面或其他适当方式通知你。变更生效后你继续使用本应用，即视为你接受更新后的协议；若你不同意，请停止使用并卸载本应用。
本协议受适用法律管辖并依其解释（冲突法规则除外）。
因本协议或本应用引起的争议，双方应首先友好协商；协商不成的，按适用法律规定的有管辖权机构解决，但适用法律强制规定的消费者保护或管辖规则除外。
Camera Now 使用 FFmpeg 8.1.2（LGPLv3）、libusb（LGPLv2.1）、libuvc（BSD 许可证）和 mbedTLS 3.6.7（Apache-2.0）。这些组件归各自权利人所有，其许可证规定了你对这些组件的使用、修改、再分发以及为调试修改而进行逆向工程的权利。

Welcome to Camera Now. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are provided by the Camera Now operator (the “operator”) and govern your download, installation, and use of the Camera Now mobile application (the “App”).
By installing, opening, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is an Android camera utility. The current version mainly provides:
The current version has no user accounts, cloud sync, public broadcasting, content hosting, advertising, or in-app purchases. These features run locally on your device. We do not operate an online platform for users to upload or browse content.
You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, or that you are authorized to do so on behalf of an organization. The App is not primarily designed for children under 13; users under 13 should use it only with guardian consent and supervision.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, non-exclusive license to install and use the App on Android devices you own or control.

The App provides tooling only. It does not review, host, or display your captures to other users. RTSP feeds come from third-party devices or services you choose, and we do not guarantee their content, availability, or security.
The App may interact with user-provided USB cameras, RTSP endpoints, networks, and Android system components. We do not control those third-party products or services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for failures caused by device compatibility, network conditions, third-party outages, protocol limits, or user misconfiguration.
You understand that some USB devices may not work because of hardware limitations such as USB 2/3 differences or vendor-specific protocols. Compatibility notes in the store listing are informational only.
The App and its software, UI, icons, documentation, and related rights (excluding content you capture or import locally) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
Photos, videos, and other local content you create through the App remain subject to applicable law and your agreements with relevant parties. We do not claim ownership of your local content.
Our handling of information related to your use of the App is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding personal information, the Privacy Policy controls for privacy matters.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, continuous availability, and error-free or uninterrupted operation.
The App is a general-purpose tool. It is not a dedicated medical, security, law-enforcement, surveillance, or other professional system and does not replace professional judgment, compliance review, or on-site safety measures.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App, including loss of profits, data, business interruption, device damage, or third-party claims.
Our total liability to you for the App is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim. If the current version is free and you paid nothing, our total liability is zero, or, where liability cannot be excluded, the minimum amount required by applicable law.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. If you violate these Terms, we may restrict or terminate your right to use the App as permitted by law. Upon termination, you must stop using the App. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution, will survive.
We may update the App or these Terms. For material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where reasonable, notify you through the App, store listing, or other appropriate means. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using and uninstall the App.
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Disputes arising from these Terms or the App should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, they will be handled by a competent forum under applicable law, except where mandatory consumer-protection or jurisdiction rules apply.
Camera Now uses FFmpeg 8.1.2 under LGPLv3, libusb under LGPLv2.1, libuvc under its BSD license, and mbedTLS 3.6.7 under Apache-2.0. These components belong to their respective copyright holders. Their licenses control your rights to those components, including modification and reverse engineering for debugging modifications where provided by the licenses.
